Excerpt from Chapter 3 – “What Happens When a Prospective Client Comes into One of Our Offices”

Bankruptcy – We Wrote the Book on It By Ronald C. Sykstus and the Bond and Botes Team of Lawyers

Excerpt from Chapter 3 – “What Happens When a Prospective Client Comes into One of Our Offices”:

When a prospective client calls one of our offices to set up an initial
consultation appointment for any type of debt matter or issue, we will
try to send them our information packet by e-mail if at all possible.
If that is not possible, then the prospective client can fill out a simple
information form in our office when he or she arrives. The prospective
client can also complete the information form online and submit it
to us via our website. That information form is located directly at our
website, www.bondandbotes.com. Furthermore, as an aid to figuring
out a person’s exact financial situation, the prospective client can
get a FREE copy of all of his or her three credit reports from www.
annualcreditreport.com. This is the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
mandated website that allows all Americans to get one credit report
per 12 months from each of the three main credit reporting agencies:
Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. We always tell our clients, however,
to make sure that they are at a working printer the moment they get
to their credit reports and both print off and save to a hard drive their
credit reports as soon as they see them. An individual is only entitled to
one look per 12 months from each of the three main credit reporting
agencies, so, again, please make sure you are at a working printer when
you see your credit reports and print them immediately as you are
viewing them
.
